You must also mention that "the business guarantees the expenses of the applicant(s) and they will not be paid a salary while in the country". It must be signed by someone other than the applicant.

- original or notarized copies of long-form birth certificate(s) showing parents' names where the parents have different last names
- If traveling with only one natural parent, notarized consent is also required from the non-traveling parent. Provide legal divorce papers and/or child custody documents, if applicable. Children not included on the parents application form require a visa of their own.

• Application form 956, below (Appointment of a migration agent) MUST be filled out.

• A health requirement form must be filled out. (refer to section 1071 i. on the form).

• If you are studying in Australia for more than 1 year, you must privide a letter from your bank confirming the amount of funds you have available for your study and stay in Australia.
NOTE: You must be able to prove that you have sufficient funds to cover return fares, course tuition fees and all expenses associated with your (and your dependents, if any) stay in Australia (i.e. living expenses). As a general guide, living expenses could range from CAD $8,500 to CAD $15,500 per year (excluding airfares, health cover or tuition costs). This is expected to increase by at least 35% if the applicant has a spouse as a dependent and a further 20% if the applicant has at least one child as a dependent and a further 15% for each additional child (not including the cost of schooling).

• Please provide a letter on lettehead from the Australian education institution you will be attending. The letter should confirm that the institution will arrange for your accomodation and welfare.

• You Must include 1 original recent colour passport photo. Photo must show a full FRONT VIEW of the face, must be taken against WHITE PLAIN background and must be signed on the back or visa will not be processed. Do not attach photos with staples.

• As evidence of registration, applicant should include an Acceptance Advice for Secondary Exchange Students (AASES) or a Confirmation of Enrollment for Overseas Students (CEOS), both of which are issued by the educational institution in Australia you will be attending.

• You MUST send your passport along with your application as the Visa is placed IN the passport. Visa is issued at the discretion of the Embassy.

• An invitation including your host's status in the country, their name, address and phone number all must be included. It must be stamped by the appropriate authority in their country. If they are not Citizens of that country, please provide a copy of their status documents with your application. We accept faxed or emailed copies.

- show number of years employed
- approval for leave of absence
- state that the applicant will return to work after journey.

- state that applicant will be enrolled in future courses after his/her journey.
