• Children require their own Visa.
• You MUST send your passport along with your application as the Visa is placed IN the passport. Visa is issued at the discretion of the Embassy.
• A signed passport, with plenty of blank pages and valid for 60 days after departure must be submitted.
• Please submit 2 copies of the completed Visa application form, on plain bonded white paper, with the applicant's original ink signature.
• You Must include 2 original recent passport photos. Photos must show a full front view of the face and must be taken against WHITE PLAIN background. Otherwise visa will not be processed. Do not attach photos with staples please.
• You may transit Moldova without a visa provided you continue by the same or first connecting aircraft within four (4) hours. You must stay in the airport at all times. You must also hold all documents necessary for the next destination including confirmed onward tickets. A transit visa for 48 hours can be issued upon arrival at Chisinau Airport to nationals of countries where no diplomatic representative of Moldova exists provided the passenger has all documents needed for a third country.
• You must provide a vialid Yellow Fever certificate if you arrive within 6 days of departing or transiting the following list of countries:

Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Panama, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela.
